Dachgeschossausbau in Wien.

In einem Gründerzeithaus in der Josefstadt wurden zwei Wohneinheiten von jeweils ca 170m² + zwei Dachterrassen errichtet.
Klare Formensprache stand im Vordergrund und die Galerie sollte eine loftartigen Charakter (Arbeiten& Wohnen) aufweisen.
